The Last Cohort of 2026 · 8 Places · Applications close 21 October

From Success
to Legacy

“Stability without structure is luck with an expiry date.”

You have built a company that works. It has revenue, a team, a name people trust. What is missing is the one thing that lets all of it survive you — the structure, written, signed and working. In 90 days, with a team of specialists around you, it stops being an intention and ends up in your hands.

Legacy Session · 17h30 Maputo

An open session on what protects a business and a family when the founder is no longer there — and on the structure families use worldwide to hold wealth across generations. No cost. Tick the box in the form below to attend.

Founders

The conversation nobody has with you

Three questions. Hesitate on one, and this is for you.

If you stop tomorrow, who decides?

Bank accounts, contracts, clients, staff. Without written powers, everything waits for a signature you cannot give.

Is what belongs to the family separate from what belongs to the business?

While personal and company assets stay mixed, a problem at the company is a problem at home — and the reverse.

Will your children inherit an asset — or a problem?

Seventy per cent of built wealth is lost in the second generation, ninety in the third. Not for lack of money: for lack of structure.

The day nobody plans for

You will not be in the room. Someone will decide anyway.

Every founder knows this day will come and almost none of us write anything down for it. These are the two versions of that week.

Without a plan, the legacy is lost

Within days the accounts are frozen and nobody can sign. Within weeks, relatives who had never disagreed are disagreeing — about what was never written down. Suppliers stop, clients drift, and the people you trained start looking elsewhere. What took twenty years to build is divided by a court, on a timetable nobody chose.

Your family inherits a problem.

With a plan, the legacy continues

That same week, someone already has the authority to sign — because you wrote it down. Everyone knows what belongs to the business and what belongs to the family. The company keeps trading and the team keeps its jobs. Your family grieves, without also having to fight each other to do it.

Your family inherits an asset — and the instructions to look after it.

A hint of what we cover on 12 October

There is a structure families use to protect assets and family across generations — and it is not a company.

Business families around the world use it to keep wealth together, keep the family together, and decide in advance who inherits what and on what terms. In our open session we explain what it is, what it protects, and when it makes sense for a Mozambican family — and when it does not.

Who this is for

Not for someone starting out.

  • A founder with a proven business — steady revenue, a real team, a respected name.
  • Someone who has already done the courses and the mentorships. You do not need more content; you need decisions executed.
  • Someone with no patience for an 18-month journey. You want it resolved, signed, and behind you.
  • Someone who wants to protect a family, not only grow a company.

The journey

Ninety days, three phases — and what changes in you at each one.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3

X-Ray & Design

By the end of the third week there is no longer any doubt about what is missing. You leave with a complete map of your business — not an opinion, an audit run on your real documents.

  • Founder Session — your roadmap validated against the documents you brought; priorities signed by you.
  • Legal Table — your structure designed: shareholding, asset ownership, what separates family from company.
  • Financial Table — an x-ray of the accounts and a plan to separate personal from business wealth.
End of phase: your Protection Map — one page: where you are today, the target structure, who does what by day 90.

Phase 2 · Weeks 4–8

Construction

This is where your structure stops being a plan. Five weeks in which every document comes out of the drawer, is drafted to your case by the lawyers, and goes for signature.

  • Corporate documents — shareholders' agreement and quota rules, drafted to your case.
  • Family protection — testamentary dispositions, beneficiaries, policies, applicable regime.
  • Mid-point Founder Session — the week the 90 days are won: pending decisions, unblocked.
  • Governance — decision rules, powers, bank mandates, and the “if I stop tomorrow” protocol.
  • Management systems — accounting that works and a monthly report you can read in ten minutes.
End of phase: your documents signed — or in final signature circuit.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Legacy

The business is protected. These four weeks are about your family: who decides, who inherits what, and on what terms. It is the part nobody does in time.

  • Succession Plan — who decides, who inherits what, on what timetable.
  • Wealth Table — the family's investment plan, written down.
  • International structure — an optional phase, through our wealth-management partners and subject to assessment of your case; for those it does not yet suit, local consolidation.
  • Full rehearsal — the worst-day simulation. You answer with the documents in hand: who signs, who decides, what happens to the accounts.
End of phase: your family with written answers to the questions nobody wants to ask.

Week 13

Graduation

Handover of your Legacy Dossier. Not a certificate — a folder holding your signed structure, your family's succession plan and your business contingency protocol. Handed to you in person.

This cohort graduates the week of 18 January 2027.

The result

What is in your hands on day 90.

Your Legacy Dossier — a physical folder, not a file lost in a shared drive:

  • Signed corporate structure
  • Shareholders' agreement and asset ownership
  • Family protection — dispositions, beneficiaries, policies
  • Written succession plan
  • “If I stop tomorrow” contingency protocol
  • Wealth map: family and company, separated
  • Management system and a readable monthly report
  • Your specialists' contacts — legal, accounting, wealth

Why this is different

This is not another mentorship.

Weekly cadence, no exceptions

Ninety days with fortnightly meetings is six months in disguise. Here there is a deliverable, a review and a decision every week.

A team, not a mentor

A lawyer, an accountant and a wealth specialist work on your actual case — on your gaps, not a generic syllabus.

You do not learn: you sign

The output is not lessons or notes. It is valid documents, signed and in force.

You do not pay for what you already know

The path is designed on your diagnostic. What is already done is neither repeated nor charged.

Eight places per cycle

The intensity is real and the specialists' diaries are finite. Eight companies at a time, by application — and a place is confirmed only once the diagnostic is done.

It ends with a milestone, not an email

The Legacy Dossier is handed over in person. A decision of this size deserves to be closed properly.
